Photo Manipulation
& Illustration

My interest in editorial photography and illustration deepened during the unique challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. With limited access to traditional resources, I adapted by independently planning, modeling, shooting, and editing my projects. This period allowed me to explore photo manipulation in new ways, fostering creativity and resourcefulness in my work.

A Deeper Passion

My passion for art and design began early, evolving through diverse creative pursuits. Most of my early work was created using free apps and my phone, including the image on the left, which won my first national award. In middle school, I explored photo illustration and used Instagram to showcase my edits, which earned me recognition and a spot on my high school yearbook staff. There, I gained hands-on experience with industry tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, developed marketing strategies, and led successful advertising campaigns.

These early experiences laid the groundwork for my career, blending creativity with practical skills. While my expertise has grown, photo manipulation remains a meaningful outlet that connects me to the roots of my passion for design.
